Since October 21, you can give us your feedback from any screen of the app, and the app now and then asks you a short question after a successful job.
An always visible “Feedback” tab
- A “Feedback” tab sits on the right edge of the screen. One click opens a box where you can write what works, what gets in the way or what is missing.
- The same box opens from the ⋯ menu in the top bar, “Give feedback” entry, and from My account and the Guide bubble, as before.
- Without an account signed in, the box gives you the contact@cut-fab.com address to write to us.
A question after an export, unless you turn it off
- After a PDF export, a print or a successful unfold, the app may ask you a short question about what you just did. This is now the starting setting of every account.
- At most one question a week, and never the same one twice. “Later” closes it without answering.
- “Don’t ask me again”, under each question, turns the questions off for good. The “Ask for my feedback after an export or an unfold” box, in My account, turns them back on or off at any time.
- If you had already unticked this box, your choice is kept.
