Whenever you like
The “Give feedback” link sits at the bottom of the “Guide” bubble and in “My account”. It opens a free-text message. You need to be signed in; without an account, the app gives you our email address.
One question at the right moment, if you opt in
- Check “Ask for my feedback after an export or an unfold” in “My account”.
- After a PDF export, printing a cutting plan or a workshop sheet, or a successful unfolding, a small panel asks one question about what you just did.
- At most once a week, never the same question twice, never after an error.
- “Later” or “Don’t ask me again” are always available, and you can uncheck the box at any time.
