AI-assisted quotes and a catalog of reference parts

A new “Quote (AI)” tab helps you price the open project. It is available to any signed-in account, including a free account. The feature is experimental: the AI assistant can make mistakes, so always review a quote before sending it.

Pricing line by line

  • Material, cutting, bending, welding and surface treatment lines are priced as quantity × rate, and you can add lines of your own.
  • Material weight is computed from the project parts and the chosen grade; the price per kilogram comes from your “Prix atelier” (workshop prices).
  • “Analyser le projet” (analyze the project) asks the AI assistant for estimated quantities, similar parts from your catalog and warnings. You apply its suggestions line by line or all at once.
  • These suggestions never set a price: an added line comes in at a zero rate for you to fill in.
  • The quote is exported with “Exporter en PDF” (export to PDF).

Catalog of reference parts

  • “Valider et enregistrer au catalogue” (validate and save to catalog) files a finished quote as a reference part, saved in your browser.
  • With the Workshop plan, the “Catalog” tab finds your references by customer, category or search, and “→ Injecter au devis” (add to quote) copies their lines into the current quote.

In 3D import

  • In the sheet metal parts table, a checkbox adds the part to the project, or removes it.
  • Imported STEP files are kept in your browser (up to 30 MB per project) and reloaded when you reopen the project.
  • “Unfold all & add to project” now adds every part, not just the last one.
