1D optimization, 2D nesting and every export: no, nothing leaves your machine \u2014 the calculation is done by your browser and projects are saved locally. Two functions are the exception, and they say so on screen: the <strong>unfolding<\/strong> of a sheet metal part and the <strong>profile recognition<\/strong> of a STEP file, which send the geometry concerned to our server for the time the calculation takes. If you sync your projects across several machines, they are then stored with us, encrypted in transit.<\/p>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Is there a trial period?<\/summary>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no time-limited Pro trial, and that is deliberate: the <strong>Free<\/strong> plan never expires. Without an account, you compute your cutting plans \u2014 2 projects, 30 cut parts per calculation \u2014 but cannot export them. With a verified account, also free, you move up to 5 projects and 50 cut parts per project, and you export to PDF, CSV and DXF, with a watermark. Enough for a small real job to go through whole, which is worth more than a full account for two weeks.<\/p>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How does payment work?<\/summary>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, through a conversation and then an invoice \u2014 there is no online card payment yet. That is deliberate for the first customers: it forces us to talk to you before we bill you. Self-service payment will come, and existing subscriptions will be moved over with no change of price.<\/p>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What uptime do you guarantee?<\/summary>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>None, and we would rather write it down.<\/strong> The unfolding and sync servers run on infrastructure we manage ourselves, on a line that is not a data center\u2019s: we do not sell an uptime figure or a guaranteed turnaround.
